At The Cardhub Australia, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like jewelry and intimates are final sale unless faulty.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location nationwide.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
